Notes: This was supposed to be girl!kradam.  Tommy was just her high school ex and current bff, but then it somehow turned into a very long story about the true love that is girl!Kris and Tommy.  This is all I've got so far, but I'm sure more will pop up along the way.  As always, credit must go to my darling sister, enabler and partner in crime lady_michaelis  who read this and then flailed all over it; she loves these two almost as much as I do.

( The first time Kris meets Tommy, it’s early June and the Ratliffs have just moved into the house next door. )

( He stares at the neatly stitched rows of pink yarn, with little white hearts on the cuff, Kris’ name written under them in slightly messy block letters. )

( It’s funny how quickly she’s gotten used to having him after all the years they spent on the outskirts of each other’s lives. )
